What we collect
When you submit a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, town, property type, and a description of your project. If you call or email, we receive what you share in that conversation. We don't require accounts and we don't collect payment information — this service is free to property owners.
How it's used
One purpose: connecting you with an independent, NYS-licensed asbestos contractor or certified inspector who can respond to your request. To do that, we share your submitted details with that provider. That's the entire flow. We do not sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our website host, and forwarded to our email. Providers who receive your details are independent businesses with their own practices — once you engage one directly, their handling of your information is between you and them.
Your choices
Want your submission deleted, or a copy of what we have? Email info@uticaasbestosremoval.com and we'll take care of it. This site uses no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
